Professor Cheon Yong-il from Busan National University Hospital has gone through the medical training for a month from March 4 to March 29 at Yeson Voice Center.
During the training period, Professor Cheon Yong-il objectively performed various laryngeal surgeries such as voice feminization surgery (VFSRAC), laryngeal papilloma removal surgery, and vocal fold mucosa flap surgery, as well as complex laryngeal muscle botox treatment methods and the voice condition of professional voice users (actors, singers, teachers, announcers, etc.).
Professor Cheon has commented "I learned Yeson Voice Center's various voice management programs, including professionally measurable voice examinations, voice management, rehabilitation program and etc. I am grateful for the opportunity to acquire Yeson Voice Center’s outstanding medical technology, knowledge, and know-how in the field.”
Since 2011, 19 trainees from 7 countries, including the United States, Russia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, China, and the Philippines, have completed the observership at Yeson Voice Center, contributing to the globalization of Korean medicine through continued interest and participation in domestic training projects for foreign and Korean medical personnel. We received a plaque of appreciation from the Korea Health Industry Development Institute (KHIDI).
