2016 Australia Consultation and Congress
mainly organized by Facial Team in Spain was held from Dec 15th to
Dec 18th. For this event, Dr. Marci Bower from U.S.A., the promising
SRS surgeon, Dr. Hyung-tae Kim from Yeson Voice Center and Facial Team from
Marbella, Spain have participated and run the program for patients who arranged
their appointment in advance through the online registration system.
Each of the doctors has managed 1:1
consultation and threw pitches with regards to their main surgeries. Dr.
Hyung-Tae Kim has drawn attention of many patients who gathered during the
congress with his presentation regarding Vocal Folds Shortening and
Retrodisplacement of Anterior Commissure (VFSRAC) he performs and had many
calls for more consultation on site.
Through this conference, the 3 hospitals
leading the best quality surgeries for the transgender community could expand
their network with each other by discussing strategies to offer the best
medical services to more trans groups.
